Junior Sales Specialist
About the role:

As a valued member of the Sales team, you will actively engage with clients and partners on a global scale. The Junior Sales Specialist role presents a unique opportunity to cultivate and enhance skills across the entire spectrum of the sales process, under the mentorship of a seasoned, international team of sales professionals. This dynamic experience will involve collaboration with clients of diverse sizes and across various industry verticals and geographical regions, encompassing North America, the UK, EMEA, and beyond.

This role entails a probationary period spanning 3 to 6 months, during which the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position within the Sales/Partnership/SDR department will be evaluated. This transition will be contingent upon demonstrated achievements, mutual interest, and the availability of suitable openings.

After your morning coffee you will be:

Empowering a high-impact Sales Team:

  • Conducting comprehensive market research.
  • Identifying and engaging potential clients and partners.
  • Initiating outreach through strategic channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Elevating the Sales pipeline to expedite deal conversion and enhance sales processes.
  • Sharpening your skills through active participation in calls with prospects and potential partners.
We want you in our team if you have:
  • Mastery of spoken and written English is essential, with a preference for at least an Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Additional merits include prior experience in engaging with potential clients or partners through phone and email.
  • The ideal candidate possesses robust interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, showcasing a collaborative team spirit and a quick learning aptitude.
  • Motivated by a drive to surpass predefined targets and challenging KPIs, the candidate should also exhibit a foundational understanding of the tech/IT/cybersecurity market and basic PC operations.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn SalesNavigator, InMails, the setup of ABM campaigns.
It would be a big plus:
  • A well-established network of potential clients and/or partners to proactively initiate engagement.
  • Previous experience in SDR, AM, Sales, Customer Experience/Success/Support, within the tech/IT/cybersecurity domain are considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in interacting and problem-solving with international clients/partners across diverse topics and industry verticals.
