SEO Specialist
UnderDefense, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving organic traffic to websites in highly competitive niches, particularly in the US market. Experience with B2B and SaaS companies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify and target relevant search terms
- Analyze competitors’ SEO performance, content, and backlink profiles
- Create technical assignments for the content team and drive the content strategy to increase targeted organic traffic
- Build and optimize landing pages for organic acquisition and conversion
- Manage link-building activity and oversee the link-building team
- Monitor website performance and conduct regular technical health checks
- Track and report on results using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven record of significant organic traffic growth with corresponding increase in leads with a clear understanding of tactics and activities that led to such results.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic in highly competitive niches
- Experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console (GSC), GA4, and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Experience with B2B and SaaS companies is a plus
- Experience with link-building
- Experience creating technical assignments for content teams
- Experience with competitor analysis
- Experience with keyword research and analysis
- Experience building landing pages
- English level B2+
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Screaming Frog, Peec AI
- Experience with Looker Studio (or similar) for reporting/dashboards
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience with AEO/GEO
