At UnderDefense, we are a fast-growing cybersecurity company with a focus on delivering top-tier Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services to make sure our customers wouldn’t be Hacked.
As the CEO, I’ve been driving the company’s rapid expansion, but the next step in our journey requires a strong, experienced Sales Director to take the reins in scaling our sales team.
Our goal is to capture a larger share of the market, and we need a leader who can manage the day-to-day operations, bring innovative sales strategies, and help build a high-performing team that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.
This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of UnderDefense, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a proven track record in B2B sales, and is passionate about leading a team in the fast-paced world of cybersecurity.

What you can do for us:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly bases. 
  • Hiring new high-performing sales team members across US & Europe
  • Manage and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle 
  • Provide mentorship and coaching sales team on the best sales practices
  • Deliver regular reporting, and adjust strategies to achieve measurable results
  • Skillfully manage your time between meeting team targets and learning customer pain points, reviewing calls and suggesting improvements, sharing insights with marketing and preparing reporting
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, driving long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and CEO to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Continuously improve the sales process from lead generation through deal closure, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the team to hit forecasts and quota
Qualifications:
  • Progressive sales leadership experience, including previous experience as a top-performing AE at a high-growth start-up environment.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets 
  • Strong team-building and mentoring skills, with experience managing AEs
  • Strong data-driven decision-making ability, with a focus on using sales metrics to optimize strategies.
