About the role:
We are hiring a Business Development Representative focused primarily on outbound cold calling to build the top of our sales funnel and generate qualified pipeline opportunities for our Account Executives. The primary responsibility is outbound calling to enterprise and mid-market prospects, booking qualified meetings and opening opportunities for the sales You will work closely with US-based sales executives and become a key contributor to pipeline creation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to target accounts
- Â Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for Account Executives
- Book qualified meetings and open opportunities in CRM
- Â Work with predefined ICP lists while contributing insights to improve targeting
- Â Follow up with prospects via email and LinkedIn after calls
- Â Track all activity and pipeline data in HubSpot and sales tools
- Analyze conversion rates and continuously optimize outreach approach
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and pipeline hygiene
- Â Collaborate with sales to improve messaging and qualification quality
- Learn UnderDefense solutions and understand customer use cases
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years experience in outbound sales / SDR / BDR / cold calling roles
- Â Experience generating pipeline via outbound efforts
- Comfortable communicating with enterprise decision makers
- Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to track and optimize outreach performance metrics
