Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and closing net-new logo opportunities within your assigned territory (East coast).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Self-generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging marketing and inside sales support. 
  • Engage and present UnderDefense’s cybersecurity solutions to key stakeholders, including CISOs, IT leaders, and security professionals. 
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. 
  • Upsell and expand within accounts by identifying additional opportunities for UnderDefense’s solutions. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, including Subject Matter Experts, Technical Account Managers, and Cyber Threat Analysts, to deliver tailored demos and Proof of Values (POVs). 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts. 

Cover the East Coast territory as your primary focus, with the understanding that territory assignments may shift based on business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a strong record of net-new customer acquisition and quota attainment
  • Proven experience selling complex software solutions in cybersecurity (SIEM, MDR, XDR, IAM, or related solutions)
  • Proven ability to design and execute 3x–4x pipeline generation strategies aligned with quota attainment and long-term growth
  • Strong ability to drive high-velocity sales cycles, handling objections, and close deals independently. Real practice of MEDDIC
  • Intensive use of AI in your daily work
  • Proficiency in value-based selling and articulating how UnderDefense solutions solve specific cybersecurity challenges.
  • Excellent ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a defined territory and building a sustainable pipeline of new opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools to track opportunities and customer engagement
