Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager who will drive execution, structure and performance across our Marketing team.
Best fit for us – a process-oriented person who understands how to build and manage workflows, track performance and ensure predictable delivery across multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple marketing projects (campaigns, content, product marketing initiatives, GTM activities).
- Own planning, prioritization, and execution processes across the marketing team.
- Build and maintain structured workflows (planning cycles, sprinting, backlog management).
- Ensure clear visibility of progress, bottlenecks, and team capacity.
- Track execution using KPIs and performance metrics (delivery timelines, throughput, efficiency, campaign execution).
- Act as the central point of coordination between marketing, sales, product, and other stakeholders.
- Identify risks, blockers, and inefficiencies early and drive resolution.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and execution.
- Improve and optimize internal processes to increase team velocity and predictability.
- Maintain high standards of communication, accountability, and delivery discipline.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (10+ people).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with planning, prioritization frameworks, and resource allocation.
- Ability to define and track KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance indicators.
- Strong experience working with JIRA or similar tools.
