What you can do for us:

 Lead Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Actively participate in pre-sales calls with prospective clients, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Conduct in-depth security assessments and gap analyses to identify customer vulnerabilities and requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of UnderDefense’s MDR capabilities, tailoring them to specific client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

    Solution Design and Engineering:

  • Design and architect tailored MDR solutions that effectively address customer security challenges and align with industry best practices and UnderDefense’s service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration and implementation of proposed solutions.

    Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging technologies within the MDR landscape.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of new MDR service offerings and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on threat detection and response.
  • Proven experience in a presales or consulting role within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including threat intelligence, incident response, and security operations.
  • Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and XDR.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Working conditions:

  • This position may require occasional travel to client onsite or industry events.
  • The position may involve interactions with customers and colleagues across different time zones.
  • Some evening and weekend work may be required to support customer needs and meet deadlines.
