Challenges You Will Solve
As a critical member of our Sales team in the USA, you will build a world-class Enterprise sales team for UnderDefense. You will strategize, develop and implement systematic hiring, sales program development, training and coaching, to ensure the highest quality of service to customers and consistent growth in sales.

What You Will Do
  • Define sales goals and implement processes, infrastructure, and hiring to execute against the Victory Plan
  • Roll up your sleeves and get involved in day-to-day deals, outreach
  • Be responsible for the whole sales cycle
  • Hire and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Understand and internalize the UnderDefense mission and vision and translate them into a Sales Strategy
  • Empower Individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
  • Create strategies and develop materials necessary to accelerate customer acquisition
  • Support the sales process of the UnderDefense as well as the design and execution of UnderDefense Growth Plan
  • Build a strong cross-functional operating cadence with teams around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment and revenue realization
  • Drive strategies to expand the UnderDefense’s community building, customer acquisition, and customer retention efforts
  • Play an active role in sales strategy and business planning, and help to identify and develop new opportunities
  • What You Will Bring
  • Deep knowledge of the Security market
  • 7+ years of enterprise and B2B sales
  • Experience as a hands-on sales leader who enjoys practising the craft of sales while building and maintaining operational excellence
  • Experience with building, managing, and guiding Sales teams toward set goals
  • A track record of being a talent magnet who attracts “A Players”
  • Strong planning, writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and improve constantly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Experience as field executor, coach and counselor who believes the “Truth is in the Field”
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to implement both short-term and long-term sales plans
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, normal in a growing environment
  • Passion about being an inspirational leader to your future team and your teammates at UnderDefense
  • Would be a plus if you have:
    - Experience scaling startups at an early growth phase
    - Experience managing, hiring, and training Account Executives
