Senior HR Manager

  • Implement HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational change and continuous improvement based on business OKRs.
  • Onboarding, Offboarding and constant employee support.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews, do problems analytics, work with stakeholders to motivate, change, improve.
  • Constantly work with employee engagement for local and remote employees.
  • Assist with employee relations issues. 1:1.
  • Work with employees’ motivation and help management team to build effective teams.
  • Drive employee performance management process.
  • Coordinating and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitating and conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing the results to develop action plans.
  • Review and Improve Employee Benefits program.
  • Collaborate with HR/Recruitment team and C-level management.
  • 5+ years in the role of an HR Manager or similar position.
  • A proven history of effectively influencing leadership at different levels and their respective teams.
  • A skilled listener with strong interpersonal skills, capable of advising both managers and employees in navigating various situations.
  • An adaptable and open-minded individual comfortable in an ever-evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate with leaders and drive positive business outcomes.
  • A valuable team member skilled at managing stakeholders globally.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive others.
  • Persistent.
  • At least upper-intermediate level of proficiency in the English language.
Nice to have
  • Strong knowledge of HRM systems.
  • A degree in psychology or similar discipline.
  • Experience in working with cross-cultural teams.
