Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for Lead Generation Specialist!


You will own and manage a database of cold contacts and leads for the entire company. You will be a primary point of contact for building audiences for campaigns and general data management in the CRM.

CRM management:

  • Adding contact and company records to CRM
  • Contact and company data enrichment
  • Data quality management
  • Contact list management
  • Controlling lead progress in pipeline
  • Assigning tasks for respective contact/company/deal owners
  • Lead qualification based on ICP
  • Support SDRs and Sales team in campaign preparation and execution:
  • Build cold contact lists using lead generation tools
  • Build lead lists using lead segmentation in CRM
  • Research information required for campaigns
  • Assigning tasks for consistent follow-ups
  • Requirements

    Must have:

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation or sales development/business development
  • Experience working with CRM software (preferably HubSpot)
  • Experience with Google Sheets
  • English level — at least upper intermediate
  • Understanding of lead qualification principles, Ideal Customer Profile, marketing pipeline and lead generation
  • Willing to grow professionally in sales and marketing automation domain
  • Nice to have experience:
  • Experience using lead generation tools like Rocketreach, Snov.io, Lusha, Zoominfo
  • Experience with HubSpot
