The ideal candidate should have a great experience simultaneously managing multiple projects with remote teams. This person should be the Leader of the Project Management Team and daily lead it by example.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will be building trustworthy relationships with clients, proactively identifying and mitigating their issues, managing people & projects, taking needed actions to expand the existing business, and strengthening the Project Management Team.
Qualifications:7+ years of experience working in IT
10+ delivered/ongoing projects
Proficient (Upper/Advanced) verbal and written English
Structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Excellent business acumen
Being self-motivated, able to track records in memory, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, able to work in a fast-paced work environment

Measuring and presenting Delivery Team performance
Driving PM education and mentoring
