The main focus for Account Manager within the company is paid to Customer Engagement, Customer Expansion and Retention. Thus, effective candidates are responsible for:
- Understanding customer business goals and providing security solutions that align with their requirements.
- Developing strong customer relationships and gaining insights into customer initiatives, key decision-makers, and business processes to effectively communicate how our products/services contribute to their overall goals.
- Identifying and escalating at-risk customer situations to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively achieving sales and revenue targets by maintaining existing customer revenue and introducing new services from our product/solution portfolio.
- Conducting bill reviews when needed to ensure customer understanding of invoicing.
- Exceeding assigned quotas through exceptional relationship building and top-tier customer service.
- Prospecting for new business and expanding our customer network through referrals and effective collaboration with marketing and account teams.
- Closing new accounts and cross-selling additional products and solutions to existing assigned accounts.
- Leveraging cross-functional resources, including Sales Development Reps, Account Managers, Marketing, Delivery teams, to achieve success.
