What you can do for us:
- Use various sourcing techniques and market knowledge to create and execute effective strategies for finding candidates.
- Utilize tools like job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals based on the specifics of each search.
- Conduct prescreen interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and recommend next steps.
- Stay informed about industry trends and apply this knowledge to improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with recruiters, team leads, and business stakeholders with research and tasks related to talent acquisition.
- At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing (not only technical vacancies)
- Good knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and techniques, including experience using online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and other sourcing tools;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and to make them interested;
- Sufficient communication skills in English are must;
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and priorities;
